(OTC Markets: MNDL), a global mobile content provider, today announced that it has signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire the global mobile assets of Logia Group, a leading mobile content development and management solutions provider. Mandalay and Logia previously announced a signed a letter of intent (LOI) to explore this acquisition in May 2012. The transaction is expected to close in early September.
