On November 21, 2007, Mandalay Media, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s common stock, $0.0001 par value per share, will be quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board under a new trading symbol (OTCBB: MNDL.OB) in connection with the Company’s name change from Mediavest, Inc. to Mandalay Media, Inc. The press release, dated November 21, 2007, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
