Bill Stone is Digital Turbine’s chief visionary, tasked with guiding the company as it seeks to redefine media experiences for operators, OEMs, app developers and end customers. He joined Digital Turbine in September 2012, and was elevated to CEO and Board Member in Oct. 2014. Prior to joining Digital Turbine, Bill served as Senior Vice President of Qualcomm, Inc. and as President of its subsidiary, FLO TV and MediaFLO Technologies Inc., from 2009 to 2011. From 2007 to 2009, he served as CEO and President of Handango (acquired by Appia Inc.), a smartphone application storefront provider. Bill brings over 30 years of experience in telco, mobile applications, content, technology, marketing, and distribution to Digital Turbine. He has held executive positions at several mobile operators, including Verizon, Vodafone, and AirTouch. Bill is a Board Member at Sift Media, where Digital Turbine has an equity position. He received his BA and MBA from Rice University.

Barrett Garrison is strategically focused on resourcing the company’s growth plan to ensure top and bottom line performance. Prior to his appointment to Digital Turbine’s Executive Vice President and CFO, Barrett served as CFO of Competitor Group, Inc., a media and event company in the active lifestyle industry, from March 2014 to March 2015. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Netspend, a division of TSYS Company, a leading provider of reloadable prepaid debit cards, from June 2013 to March 2014, and its Treasurer/VP of Finance from October 2008 to June 2013. Prior to his Netspend position, Barrett served in senior corporate financial roles at Dell Financial Services, Seiko Instruments International, and Austaco, Inc. Barrett has a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from St. Edward’s University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of New Mexico, Robert O. Anderson School of Management.

Before joining Digital Turbine, Mr. Kinsell served as the Chief Accounting Officer for HighRadius Corporation, a privately-held software company focused on the office of CFO. From 2021 to 2023, Mr. Kinsell served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Boomi LLP supporting the spin-off from Dell Inc. From 2020 to 2021, Mr. Kinsell served in various finance roles at Sailpoint Technologies Limited including Controller. From 2009 to 2020, Mr. Kinsell served as a senior audit manager for Deloitte LLP. Mr. Kinsell is a certified public accountant. He received his Masters in Accountancy from Baylor University in 2008.

As Digital Turbine’s chief technology officer, Senthil Kumaran leads product, technology, operations, security and IT. He has over 20 years experience building and scaling complex cloud and mobile products and is responsible for executing on the technology vision and product roadmaps across Digital Turbine’s product portfolio. Prior to joining Digital Turbine, Senthil led the horizontal infrastructure, security and privacy engineering org for Reality Labs at Meta and prior to that served as the SVP of Engineering leading the global engineering, operations and services organization at TiVo/Xperi. He has also held senior leadership positions at Verifone, Yahoo, Motorola and served as the CTO of Tranzfinity, a fintech company that he co founded. He received his BSc in CS from University of London and MSc from Carnegie Mellon University.

Angeline Tucker, Digital Turbine’s Chief People Officer, leads the global People team, which is inclusive of all HR functions, Workplace Operations and Facilities. She is passionate about fostering a culture and environment where people can do their best work. Prior to joining Digital Turbine, Angeline was Sr Vice President, People & Culture at SoundHound, and held a variety of people leadership roles at Dell for 15 years, including building their HR M&A practice and an international assignment in Shanghai as the regional leader. Angeline graduated with a BS Computer Science from the University of Illinois-Urbana.
