Chief Executive Officer
Bill Stone is Digital Turbine’s chief visionary, tasked with guiding the company as it seeks to redefine media experiences for operators, OEMs, app developers and end customers. He joined Digital Turbine in September 2012, and was elevated to CEO and Board Member in Oct. 2014. Prior to joining Digital Turbine, Bill served as Senior Vice President of Qualcomm, Inc. and as President of its subsidiary, FLO TV and MediaFLO Technologies Inc., from 2009 to 2011. From 2007 to 2009, he served as CEO and President of Handango (acquired by Appia Inc.), a smartphone application storefront provider. Bill brings over 30 years of experience in telco, mobile applications, content, technology, marketing, and distribution to Digital Turbine. He has held executive positions at several mobile operators, including Verizon, Vodafone, and AirTouch. Bill is a Board Member at Sift Media, where Digital Turbine has an equity position. He received his BA and MBA from Rice University.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Barrett Garrison is strategically focused on resourcing the company’s growth plan to ensure top and bottom line performance. Prior to his appointment to Digital Turbine’s Executive Vice President and CFO, Barrett served as CFO of Competitor Group, Inc., a media and event company in the active lifestyle industry, from March 2014 to March 2015. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Netspend, a division of TSYS Company, a leading provider of reloadable prepaid debit cards, from June 2013 to March 2014, and its Treasurer/VP of Finance from October 2008 to June 2013. Prior to his Netspend position, Barrett served in senior corporate financial roles at Dell Financial Services, Seiko Instruments International, and Austaco, Inc. Barrett has a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from St. Edward’s University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of New Mexico, Robert O. Anderson School of Management.
Chief Technology Officer
Christine Collins joined Digital Turbine in 2018 and brings more than 20 years of experience in technology strategy and business transformation, along with a proven track record in building and leading innovation and development operations teams. Prior to joining Digital Turbine, she served as CTO of Global Business Solutions for North America at First Data Corporation, a leading global payment and commerce solutions provider. While there, she created new mobile platforms for App Pay™, Samsung Pay™ and Android Pay™ while also maintaining 24x7x365 stability for one of the largest payments systems in the world. Prior to First Data, Christine served in senior leadership roles at Viewpointe, where she structured the development organization as well as Hewlett Packard, where she led technology strategy. Christine holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Missouri State University.
Chief Revenue Officer
As CRO, Mike Ng is leading Digital Turbine’s initiative to bring the company and its products to new heights. Thanks to his unique background, Mike was able to bring the company’s revenue, product, and engineering teams together into a highly agile organization, and has inspired them to create and deliver the kinds of products and services that transform the market. He began his career in the digital ad-tech and mobile app sectors in 2007, and has worked at both startups and major media companies. Prior to joining the company, he served as SVP/GM, Mobile at Criteo, where he grew revenues from $250M to $400M. He was also CEO of Manage.com, and held leadership positions at BlueKai and Twitter. Mike graduated Cum Laude from Cornell University and later obtained his MBA at Duke University.
Chief Product Officer
As CPO, Kevin brings 20+ years experience leading mobile and SaaS product teams to Digital Turbine. Prior to Digital Turbine he was SVP Product at Mobile Posse, and previously SVP & GM of Mobidia, VP Product of Motricity, and CTO & COO of Adenyo. He has also been in Product roles at Microsoft (Windows Mobile), Newbridge Networks (acquired by Alcatel), and co-founded the mobile workforce enablement platform Pronto Forms. Kevin has a BA in Economics from McGill University, and holds multiple mobile software patents.
Chief People Officer
Sylvia Krzmarzick, Digital Turbine’s Chief People Officer (Human Resources), brings 20 years of HR experience to the company. Sylvia believes in a people-first strategy, and leads with passion, humor, and a focus on results that improve all aspects of employee experience, culture and values. She has helped apply a ‘people lens’ to the company as it experienced explosive growth, and believes in the inherent opportunity it provides the Digital Turbine community. Prior to joining the company, Sylvia was in a variety of leadership roles at National Instruments, NASA Johnson Space Center, and Whole Foods, where she led efforts that included transformation of HR practices, organizational development, organizational design, and change management that affected thousands of employees. Sylvia graduated Cum Laude from the University of Houston, Clear Lake.
Michael B. Miller
Chief Accounting Officer
From 2017 until he joined the Company, Mr. Miller served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of CyrusOne, Inc., a publicly-traded real estate investment trust, where he oversaw accounting, consolidation and internal control activities. From 2009 to 2017, Mr. Miller served in various accounting positions with L3 Technologies, an aerospace and electronics systems company, including as Aerospace Systems Segment Vice President and Controller from 2015 to 2017 and Assistant Corporate Controller from 2009 to 2014. Mr. Miller also previously served as a senior audit manager for both PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and KPMG, LLP. Mr. Miller is a certified public accountant. He received his BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cincinnati in 1998.
Chief Marketing Officer
Offer leads Digital Turbine’s strategic marketing efforts globally. He has been at the forefront of building marketplaces and helping apps monetize and keeping them free for over 15 years. Co-founder of Inneractive and former President of Fyber, Offer brings deep industry knowledge and thought leadership in mobile, ad tech, and media. Offer oversaw Inneractive’s and Fyber’s product development, marketing, business strategy, and strategic partnerships before its acquisition by Digital Turbine.
EVP Corporate Development & Strategy
As Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy, Matt Tubergen is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives with key partners throughout the mobile and media ecosystem. With over 20 years’ experience in the mobile app ecosystem, Matt has pioneered mobile-first strategies for hundreds of the top mobile properties. Previously, he led mobile demand strategy as SVP & General Manager at Taptica. He has also held senior management positions for American Greetings, THQ, and Native X, along with supporting multiple successful startups which he founded or co-founded. His background includes media acquisitions, mobile marketing and monetization strategies, product management and business development with partners spanning from NFL to Disney. Matt is a graduate of the McNally Smith College of Music and Olivert College.
EVP Global Finance & Operations
Kirstie Brown is Digital Turbine’s Executive Vice President of Global Finance & Operations for Digital Turbine Group, as well as Chief Financial Officer of the company’s subsidiary, Digital Turbine Asia Pacific Pty. She joined the company in 2012 and in 2014 was appointed the company’s principal accounting officer. Prior to joining Digital Turbine, Kristie served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Mirror Image Access (Australia) Pty Ltd (“MIA”) and of the Mirror Image International Group, a group of five of MIA’s subsidiaries in the United States, United Kingdom, and Singapore. She currently serves on the Board of five of the Company’s subsidiaries comprising the Digital Turbine Asia Pacific Group: Digital Turbine Holdings Pty Ltd, Digital Turbine Asia Pacific Pty Ltd, Digital Turbine Technology (IP) Pty Ltd, Digital Turbine IP Pty Ltd, and Digital Turbine Singapore Pty Ltd.
EVP Global Business Development, Supply
Nick Montes is EVP Global Sales and Business Development for Digital Turbine’s operator and OEM segment, responsible for driving the company’s global sales and new partnerships. Under his leadership, Digital Turbine has secured major partnerships with companies like: Verizon, T-Mobile, Cricket, US Cellular, and Deutsche Telekom. With 20+ years experience in the mobile sector, Nick brings a unique balance of big company experience with tons of start-up experience. He began his wireless career at Verizon Wireless, spending 10 years where he held several senior level sales and marketing positions. He then spent nearly a decade in leadership roles of numerous start-ups, including Logia, Viva Vision, and American Greetings Interactive (AGI). He also serves as an Advisory Board Member of Pay2day Inc. Nick has a B.A. from California State University, Long Beach.
