Digital Turbine to Hold Stockholder Vote on Appia Merger at March 5th Annual Stockholder Meeting

Digital Turbine has filed its definitive proxy statement/prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and will begin mailing to stockholders on or about February 3, 2015.
