Digital Turbine Closes Public Offering of Common Stock

Underwriter Fully Exercised Option to Purchase Additional Shares

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Digital Turbine, Inc. (Nasdaq: APPS), the company empowering mobile operators and Original Equipment Manufacturers ("OEMs") around the globe with end-to-end mobile solutions, today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of 8,740,000 shares of common stock (which includes the underwriter's option to purchase an additional 1,140,000 shares) at a price to the public of $1.57 per share, for total net proceeds raised in the offering of approximately $12.9 million, after deducting underwriting discounts.
